Is winter hanging over your rocket? Don’t worry, Mugavero will take care of it

Rocket

Low light, high humidity, and cold. These are some of the climatic factors, obviously typical of winter, that can jeopardize the cultivation of one of the plants most loved by Italians, which we often find on our tables: rocket.

This is why Mugavero, which has always been attentive to the needs of farms, to prevent the increased susceptibility of the crop to plant diseases and the accumulation of nitrates in the leaves, offers a range of professional products to support the cultivation of rocket.

Mugavero’s solution for growing rocket

For the cultivation of rocket, Mugavero offers two very specific products:

Tocuzin

It is an innovative resistance inducer that, applied by foliar application, stimulates the plant’s self-defence. In addition, applying it after mowing, promotes tissue healing by reducing the entry of dangerous pathogens. Tocuzin also has a bio stimulating action, as it speeds up regrowth after mowing thanks to the presence of zinc which increases the production of endogenous auxins. Admitted to organic farming, Tocuzin has an extremely rapid action thanks to the particular formulation containing citric acid. Precisely the latter conveys the copper and zinc inside the leaf to carry out their action quickly.

Ennè 21

Is a water-soluble fertilizer based on ammoniacal nitrogen, inhibited with the nitrification inhibitor 3.4 DMPP and sulfur? Thanks to the latter, it slows down the conversion of ammonium ion into nitrate ion thus reducing the accumulation of nitrates in the leaves which represent an important quality factor. The prolonged availability of nitrogen allows to reduce the fertigation interventions and consequently the wetting to limit the incidence of plant diseases such as downy mildew and bacteriosis. Furthermore, the acidifying action of the ammonia ion and sulfur make the other nutrients that would not normally be available for rocket easily assimilable.
