Description

NICALE L is a solution coming from the reaction of nitric acid and calcium oxide with a strongly acidic pH.

Calcium plays a fundamental role in the thickening and resistance of the cell walls and therefore in the consistency of the pulp of fruits and vegetables.

The application of NICAL L from the fruit set to just before the harvest allows to improve the consistency, the organoleptic characteristics, the coloring and the shelf-life of the final product.
